ISSUE #1 -Comprehensive vs. Incremental Health Care Reform.

It is an arguement proposing who is for universal healthcare and who is not. Universal healthcare supporters say that the only way to have equal access is to overhaul the financing to the nations financial system. A large amount of the advocates for universal healthcare say that the federal government could become a single purchaser, acting on behalf of all patients. The poor could recieve certain types of tax credits that could get them healthcare, some policy makers favor a hybrid system that favors the basics of universal health care, and their can be certain elements added if needed.Their is no testing availability needed. Critics of incremental reform do not oppose the idea.It would eliminate competition among providers and poor care.Their would be long waiting periods for surgeries. They believe it will raise cost, it will be inneffiecient and raise bureacracy.

I oppose the idea of universal healthcare. The reasoning behind that matter; is because, we would have to raise our taxes, people will be paying for others who can't even afford it because they are drug addicts or because they are just simply lazy. If we go with incremental health care their will be tax deductions, because we will not have to pay for other's who can't afford it, so their will be more money in our pockets, and maybe the people who can't afford it will try to get a job so they can afford it.

Iraq deadlock ends, al-Maliki to stay on as PM

Iraq's fractious politicians have agreed to return Shiite Nouri al-Maliki as prime minister, ending an eight-month deadlock that raised fears of renewed sectarian war, but leaving some Sunnis skeptical he can forge national unity. Within in the next year we are suppolse to bring our troops back if they follow this.Other Sunni's are not happy with Maliki's return. Becuase they were for Saddam Hussein. So they now feel cheated. But most of Iraq's population is happy because now they do not have to deal with the insurgency of the Sunni's.

I think the return of Maliki is good for the Iragi citizens, becuase they don't have to deal with the people of Saddam Hussein. Our troops will be pulling out within the next year, so they will be happy because their will be less people dying. The Sunni's can feel cheated if they want to because now their will not be as much ruckus. And it will be much more peacefull in their country.

Boehner calls health care law 'monstrosity,' vows to roll it back

John Boehner said that the Healthcare; that Obama set forth is considered monstrosity. The North Korean boat entered South Korean territory for about two hours before returning to North Korean waters early Wednesday, the ministry said. The maritime border, the scene of three deadly skirmishes between the Koreas, is a key flashpoint because the North does not recognize the line drawn by the U.N. at the close of the 1950-53 Korean War. South Korea fired 10 warning shots at North Korea because they crossed the boarders. It was the first time in 7 years that South Korea had fired shots at a fishing boat to retreat.

Over the years they have had much conflict to deal with, but they need to grow up and forget what had happened in the past. They are going to create another Korean war, that nobody in the U.N. wants to deal with. I consider it monstrosity.

Tomas kills 14 in St. Lucia, threatens Haiti's tent cities

At least 21 people were missing or dead after Tropical Storm Tomas swept over the Caribbean island nation of St. Lucia as it headed toward Jamaica and the tent cities of Haiti. An American tourist was reportedly among those killed. The busy 2010 Atlantic hurricane season has produced 12 hurricanes, five of them major, but the United States has escaped a significant hurricane landfall so far.
In St. Lucia, at least 14 people were killed and seven others were missing after the storm caused an estimated $37 million dollars in damage.

What Tropical Storm Tomas did was a tradegy, it was nto expected to be so bad, but 14 people had died from it. There was 37 million dollars worth of damage, which will be very hard for the People of the carribean islands. They do not have the strength or the people to take care of the disaster, they will need reinforcent to come help them from other leading nations.

Alaska Senate race is one big mystery

So who's winning in the Alaska Senate Race? Right now the leader is "write-in candidates."
With 76 percent of votes recorded, the "write-in" option was leading with 41 percent of the vote. Republican Joe Miller was receiving 34 percent and Democrat Scott McAdams was at 24 percent.
Incumbent Sen. Lisa Murkowski, beaten by Miller in the GOP primary, launched a write-in campaign. Under election rules, the write-in ballots aren't initially counted for individual candidates. If the write-in option wins or comes within 1 percentage point of the top vote-getter, the ballots will be individually evaluated to determine which names voters wrote in. That process could take weeks.

That process will take way too long, I hope that their is another solution for them to use, because who is going to run their state? Is it going to be their same Senater? I think if the votes are already set in stone, they should take what they have and go from their.

Google sends 700,000 voters to wrong polling places

Google sent 700,000 people in 12 of the bubble states, who needed to know where their polling place was to the wrong the place. Aristotle chose these states for its study: Arkansas, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Virginia, Washington state. It also included the District of Columbia. Aristotle is google's competitor that has a link to send you to voting polles. Aristotle found the google gaffe for every state.

I think google made a huge problem for our country. There were many votes that should have been entered but were not able to because of google and its screw up. Google needs to get there links straightened out so they don't only lose their service but so they don't become hated by the whole nation.

Giants Take The World Series

The Giants took the World Series title Last night winning 3-1.
It was a  victory just waiting to happen. Willie Mays led the Giants to their previous crown in 1954, four years before they moved West. After that, they never quite got it done despite the likes of baseball giants Barry Bonds, Juan Marichal and Willie McCovey. The Group totally deserved it, they have the depth and heart, that was what got them to take the title.Lincecum outdueled Cliff Lee in a matchup that was scoreless until Renteria earned the Series MVP award by hitting a stunning three-run homer with two outs in the seventh inning. Nelson Cruz homered in the bottom half, but Lincecum returned to his natural self and kept  the lead.He Struckout ten batters! After that it was pure victory for the Giants.

I am very proud the Giants, they had totally deserved the win. They all have a great amount of heart and a whole lot of talent, tat they have obviously shown. You couldn't ask for a better starting pitcher than Lincecum,10 battters, 8 innings, world series title , that is huge for Lincecum's career.Overall the series was a blow out to me, the giants brought their "A" game. And the Rangers simply couldn't keep up.

Afgan Outrage

Afgan police took fire on stone-hurling afgani's to stop them from protesting. At least 35 police officers and 10 protesters were wounded, said Interior Ministry spokesman Zemarai Bashary. Hospital officials said two of them had gunshot wounds. They appeared to be from ricocheting bullets. The protest is outrageous, I don't understand why they are rioting and their own police. But the reasoning is that the Quran was burning, and several other copycat burning were taken place on the internet and more. Their were 800 protesters from afganistan telling us to leave their government.

I think it is outrageous that they are taking it out on foreign troops. They are the ones making the riots.

Giants 3-1 Rangers

Yesterday on Halloween, the Giants took their third win over the Rangers. The Rangers have only won one game. So I don't think the Fans of the Rangers Really had happy holidays.Aubrey Huff and Buster Posey backed their young lefty with home runs and San Francisco put on a fielding clinic. Coming off their lone loss in the Series, these Giants delivered a complete game.Giants general manager Brian Sabean said. "You're worried about families, worried about signing balls, worried about tickets, about travel. I'm not using that as an excuse, but today they were much more relaxed, much more confident."
Ace Tim Lincecum will try Monday night to deliver the Giants' first championship since they moved to San Francisco in 1958. And now it's up to Cliff Lee to save the Rangers' season in Game 5.
The Giants are going to take the title home this year forsure, the Rangers have pure defeat in their eyes, especially now that Tim Lincecum The Giants Ace is Coming in
