ISSUE #1 -Comprehensive vs. Incremental Health Care Reform.

It is an arguement proposing who is for universal healthcare and who is not. Universal healthcare supporters say that the only way to have equal access is to overhaul the financing to the nations financial system. A large amount of the advocates for universal healthcare say that the federal government could become a single purchaser, acting on behalf of all patients. The poor could recieve certain types of tax credits that could get them healthcare, some policy makers favor a hybrid system that favors the basics of universal health care, and their can be certain elements added if needed.Their is no testing availability needed. Critics of incremental reform do not oppose the idea.It would eliminate competition among providers and poor care.Their would be long waiting periods for surgeries. They believe it will raise cost, it will be inneffiecient and raise bureacracy.

I oppose the idea of universal healthcare. The reasoning behind that matter; is because, we would have to raise our taxes, people will be paying for others who can't even afford it because they are drug addicts or because they are just simply lazy. If we go with incremental health care their will be tax deductions, because we will not have to pay for other's who can't afford it, so their will be more money in our pockets, and maybe the people who can't afford it will try to get a job so they can afford it.
